Over the past two decades, pork meat customers have, to an increasing extent, been the ones dictating the product specification. It is no longer a matter of what the supplier can offer but rather a matter of what best meets the customers’ needs in an evermore competitive market.


Wherever possible a wide choice of parameter options is available thereby offering maximum flexibility without compromising on the quality of the product offered. This reflects our commitment to adapt to the increasingly rigorous demands of the market.


As a broad principle, we base our general product features on Danish or French standard specifications as these are internationally recognized within the pork meat market.


To further develop our commitment to customer service, a range of semi-processed products has been developed in collaboration with specific customers, in order to meet their need to outsource specific productions for capacity reasons. Our flexible approach means that we are prepared for meeting such challenges.


Demands from our wholesale / catering customers have enabled us to develop a more comprehensive assortment of products specifically for these market sectors. Apart from fresh chilled products, final processed and sliced products are available in flexible packing formats.

Conditioning and Packing


Each market, and to a large extent each costumer, has their own preference when it comes to the packing and presentation of the product. Pallet size, unit weight, IWP or vacuum packed, individual or multiple or just bulk packed - these are just some of the variables to consider. In today’s market the nature of the packing material is an increasingly important parameter so we have made sure that we have the latest technology, so that we can meet the exact requirements.
